We generate interior design drawings and finalize precise specifications to protect your intent. You thoroughly review and approve every specific direction, ensuring complete clarity and alignment before any actual construction work ever officially begins.
Execution
Our team provides rigorous project management to keep everything on schedule and firmly within budget. We handle all purchasing, vendor sourcing, complex logistics, and monitor important delivery dates. We manage direct contractor coordination continuously on site. By overseeing these critical operational details, we ensure the final built environment remains totally faithful to the approved design without encountering costly unexpected project delays.
Handover
The finished space is finally delivered, fully optimized, and completely ready to perform. Tolga Guny is the founder and principal of Tolga Guny Collective. Over 16 years, he has designed soaring high-rises, boutique hotels, multifamily communities, and private residences. His background runs deep in large-scale multifamily, with 4,000+ units designed across the United States and Türkiye. Across his career, he has led cross-functional teams, and his work has earned industry recognition, including two ADEX Platinum awards. Tolga's approach rests on a simple conviction: great design should serve the people who use the space and the people who own it. He starts a project by identifying the pain points first, then designs the environment that solves them. Developers, operators, and architects work with him because he speaks their language, translating occupancy, lease velocity, NOI, and brand equity into spaces people don't want to leave. Clients also know him for making the work genuinely enjoyable.
