Discovery & Alignment
This is where we define what the design has to achieve. We study the site, the local market, your goals and the people who will use the space: how they will live, meet and spend their time there. Together we set the brand and lifestyle direction, test how the space can work and agree on a concept. You leave this phase knowing exactly what the design needs to do, and why.
Design Development
This is where the design takes shape. We produce the floor plans, material selections, mood boards and sketches, then the full set of interior design drawings and specifications that protect your intent. You review and approve each direction before construction starts, so there are no surprises on site.
Execution
We manage the project to keep it on schedule and on budget. We handle purchasing, vendor sourcing, logistics and delivery dates, and work directly with the contractor on site. Staying close to these details is what keeps the finished space true to the approved design and avoids costly delays.
Handover
We deliver a finished space that is ready to perform from day one. We walk the project for quality, check every detail and style the interiors so they are ready for photos, tours and move-in. Everything is chosen to look right on opening day and hold up to years of real use.
