A 397-unit, ultra-luxury, fully furnished micro-apartment tower in Beverly Hills. We led the interior design from first concept to launch.

The architect had specified Murphy beds for every unit. They were expensive, slow to deliver and hard to install, and they ate into the FF&E budget without making the units live any better.

We replaced them with custom sleep and lounge systems built through our manufacturing partners. Each one works as a bed, a sofa and storage, and frees up usable floor area in the unit.

Nearly $1M saved in FF&E, about $2,500 per unit across 397 units. Lead times got shorter, installs got simpler, and every unit gained storage and floor area with no step down in finish.
