The Asset
Beverly Hills Highrise. A 397-unit, ultra-luxury, fully furnished micro-apartment building. Directed the end-to-end design process, from initial conception to final launch.
The Problem
Architect-specified Murphy beds were high-cost, slow to deliver, and complex to install, squeezing the FF&E budget without improving how the units lived.
The Strategy
Value-engineered the units with custom, multi-functional sleep-and-lounge systems built through our manufacturing partners, adding storage and freeing usable floor area.
The Outcome
Nearly $1M in direct FF&E savings and shorter lead times, with units that feel larger and more cohesive, and no compromise to the premium positioning.
