An apartment building in West LA slated for a full interior and exterior renovation.

Dated finishes and obsolete floor plans made the building hard to rent in a demanding market. A refresh would not be enough.

I stripped it to the core, rethought how the units live and rebuilt them with contemporary finishes, alongside an exterior refresh.
