The Asset
1743 Butler is a 1950s "dingbat" apartment building in West LA. We handled the interior design, collaborating seamlessly with K2A Architects on their exterior overhaul.
The Problem
The severely outdated 1950s architecture and traditional, compartmentalized unit layouts required a complete, down-to-the-studs gut-out to meet modern residential expectations and market standards.
The Strategy
Working closely with the architectural team, we executed a comprehensive modernization strategy, breathing fresh life into the interiors to firmly establish a 21st-century aesthetic.
