The Asset
504 Harvard is a centrally located Koreatown property on a narrow lot, steps from prime retail. We joined after floor plans were already finalized.
The Problem
Several ultra-compact units measured just 150 square feet, yet required accommodating a bed, sofa, wardrobe, TV, essential kitchen appliances, and a full bathroom.
The Strategy
We engineered and implemented custom, scale-appropriate furnishings designed specifically to fit these unique dimensions and maximize the perceived volume of the tight spaces.
The Outcome
The meticulously size-engineered custom furniture successfully optimized the footprints, making the micro-units feel significantly larger, highly functional, and surprisingly spacious.
