A Koreatown building on a narrow lot, steps from retail. I joined after the floor plans were set.

Some units were just 150 square feet, smaller than a standard parking space, and still needed a bed, sofa, wardrobe, TV, kitchen and full bathroom.

I designed custom furniture to the exact dimensions of each plan, so every piece does its job without crowding the room and the space feels bigger than it is.

A full home in 150 square feet: sleeping, lounging, storage, cooking and a full bath, with room to move. The smallest units now feel open and easy to live in.
