A ground-up building with 75 fully furnished micro-units on seven floors, next to the 405. We led the interior design from first concept to launch.

The lot was tight. The project only worked financially with 75 units, far more homes than the footprint seemed to allow.

We engineered every floor plan to the inch and designed custom-sized furniture for each unit type, so the density worked without giving up livability.

All 75 units delivered, about 11 per floor across seven floors, the count the project needed to pencil. Every unit is fully furnished and fully livable.
