1775 BELOIT
The Asset
1775 Beloit is a ground-up development featuring 75 fully furnished micro-units distributed across seven floors, conveniently located adjacent to the 405 freeway. Directed the end-to-end design process, from initial conception to final launch.
The Problem
The highly constrained lot size presented a significant challenge: achieving financial viability required fitting an aggressive 75 units into an unusually tight footprint.
The Strategy
We implemented rigorous floor plan engineering, optimizing every square inch of the building's architecture to accommodate the required unit density without sacrificing habitability.
The Outcome
Through masterful spatial planning and the integration of custom-sized furnishings, the project successfully achieved its ambitious unit count and delivered a highly functional property.
