A 165-unit, fully furnished micro-apartment building in Tampa, and the city's first co-living property. We led the interior design from first concept to launch.

Tampa had no co-living and no severe housing shortage, so renters had no reason to try an unfamiliar product. The building had to win against established Class A apartments.

We studied the local comps and gave the building a Class A design language, with amenities on par with the best luxury buildings nearby, so it read as a premium address, not a compromise.

The building competed head to head with Class A comps at about half the rent, for about half the square footage. Tampa's first co-living product launched as a premium choice and drew strong early interest.
