The Problem
As Tampa's first co-living property in a market without severe housing shortages, introducing and marketing this unfamiliar product type presented a significant challenge.
The Strategy
We researched local market comps and strategically positioned the property through design language as a Class A building, highlighting luxury amenities on par with high-end competitors.
The Outcome
The unique product generated significant buzz, successfully competing with Class A buildings by offering high-end living at half the rent for half the square footage.
