The Asset
10599 Wilshire Blvd, located in the prestigious Wilshire Corridor, was transformed from a traditional 55-unit building into a 185-unit premier co-living property.
The Problem
The owner wanted to convert existing two-bedroom layouts into four micro-units, and three-bedrooms into six micro-units. Without being able to alter any load-bearing concrete walls posed a massive architectural challenge.
The Strategy
We utilized rigorous space planning and precise floor plan engineering to subdivide the existing footprints, ensuring the high-density conversion was financially viable.
