A loft-style condo in Santa Monica with double-height ceilings, a steel staircase, an open mezzanine and a corner fireplace. Good bones, lots of light, and a living room big enough to hold a real gathering.

The condo was bright and clean, but almost entirely white. With so much height and light, the living room and bedroom needed more character and a look that would stay with you after you left.

A full refresh with new paint, new furniture and new decor, top to bottom. Deep navy wraps the walls and ceiling around the fireplace, so the tall room finally feels cozy and grounded. A navy sectional, cognac leather lounge chairs and a graphic black and cream rug anchor the living area, while an oval stone dining table and soft boucle chairs bring in light and texture. The bedroom follows the same calm, tailored palette.

A warm, confident home that makes the most of its height and light. The rooms now feel connected, collected and ready for both quiet nights by the fire and a full house of friends.
