A 105-unit Class A building in Santa Monica with one, two and three bedroom floor plans. We led the interior design from first concept to launch.

It opened against established luxury buildings, including a nearby competitor with a one-acre rooftop park. Matching that amenity was not in the budget.

Spend where it counts. Premium finishes went into the lobby and the rooftop, the spaces every prospect sees on a tour and every resident uses every day. Lower-traffic areas got durable, cost-effective finishes.

The building matched its top competitor on rent and on leasing pace, without a one-acre park. All 105 units competed at the top of the Santa Monica market.
