Entering the highly competitive Santa Monica market meant facing off against established luxury properties, notably a nearby competitor boasting a massive one-acre rooftop park.
The Strategy
We elevated the building's design psychology, investing heavily in premium finishes for high-impact areas like lobbies and rooftops while utilizing cost-effective solutions in lower-traffic spaces.
