5875 Interceptor is a massive three-building community adjacent to LAX, offering 420 units with a diverse mix of traditional and fully furnished floor plans. Directed the end-to-end design process, from initial conception to final launch.
The Problem
The expansive footprint presented a distinct challenge: a vast amount of amenity space required purposeful programming to drive tenant desire and ensure proper utilization.
The Strategy
We activated the sprawling spaces into a bustling ecosystem, deliberately programming the pools, co-working offices, spas, and outdoor lounges to foster continuous tenant engagement.
The Outcome
Transcending a standard apartment complex, the property successfully transformed into a highly sought-after destination for renters actively seeking a genuine sense of community and belonging.
